SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Time

All orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 5–7 business days, unless otherwise specified. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of receiving the shipping confirmation, please get in touch with us via our contact form.

Courier Services

We currently ship using DPD, a trusted provider for reliable and timely deliveries.

Packaging & Partial Deliveries

Your order will be packaged with care to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. In some cases, items may arrive in separate shipments due to varying production times—rest assured, the remaining items will follow shortly.

To reduce environmental impact, we may combine items from different categories into fewer shipments where possible.

If an item arrives damaged or something appears to be missing, contact our customer service immediately via the contact form.

Delivery Issues

Occasionally, packages are returned to us due to:

- Incorrect or incomplete address

- Repeated failed delivery attempts

- Refused delivery

- Failure to collect the package from pick-up point or post office within the specified time

Tracking Issues

If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email, please check:
- spam or junk folder

- That you entered the correct email at checkout


If you still can't locate your confirmation email, contact us through the contact form.

If your tracking number isn’t working right away, don’t worry—it may take up to 24 hours to activate in the courier’s system. Messages such as "Shipment not recognized" or "No tracking information available" are common early on and usually resolve automatically.

For persistent tracking issues or if your package appears stuck, please contact our customer service team. We’ll liaise with the courier on your behalf and keep you informed.

Lost Packages

If your package hasn't arrived within a week of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us via the contact form. Our team will investigate and ensure your order is either delivered or replaced as quickly as possible.
