If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation, please get in touch with us via our contact form.
Courier Services
We currently ship using Royal Mail, DPD, and UPS depending on loaction and shipping option selected.
📦 Packaging & Partial Deliveries
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments—this is normal and will not affect your delivery timeframe.
To reduce environmental impact, we may consolidate items into fewer packages when possible.
If an item arrives damaged or something appears to be missing, contact our customer service immediately via the contact form.
📬 Delivery Issues
Occasionally, parcels may be returned to us due to:

Tracking Issues
If you haven't received your shipping confirmation email, please check:
- spam or junk folder
- That you entered the correct email at checkout
If you still can't locate your confirmation email, contact us through the contact form.
If your tracking number isn’t working right away, don’t worry—it may take up to 24 hours to activate in the courier’s system. Messages such as "Shipment not recognized" or "No tracking information available" are common early on and usually resolve automatically.
For persistent tracking issues or if your package appears stuck, please contact us. We’ll liaise with the courier on your behalf and keep you informed.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, contact us. We’ll investigate and make sure your item is either delivered or replaced.
